www.numberlinelane.co.uk/activities - This site has lots of activities, listed by maths topics. Well worth a look.
www.coolmath4parents.com - A spin off from www.coolmaths4kids.com that has a useful section on Kindegarten and another on Homework. You can make your own sticker charts and things like that.
www.mape.org.uk - Useful article to read.
KS1 & 2:
