www.cadburylearningzone.co.uk/maths Initially I was wary because I thought this would be a very commercial site. However this is not so and there is lots here to enjoy and all based on the theme of chocolate. Heaven! The problems cover many of the areas of Numeracy, as one would expect from a site with contents written by Beam and supported by NGfL. There are 2 levels of each problem so you can use it with different abilities. Go to ‘Learning Zone’, then ‘1.Maths in Chocolate Making’. 1. Included in that is a ‘Jargon Buster’ which gives definitions of all the technical maths terms – almost worth advising them to print it off to have tucked away for reference.
